What is the initial total investment cost for my franchise?

The estimated initial investment for a Beignet Belly franchise is between $278,279.00 to $614,541.00, w/ Mobile Unit $308,121.00 to $662,041.00, Area Development 3-pack $359,279.00 to $695,541.00, Multi-Unit $374,279.00 to $710,541.00, 10-pack Area Development $458,279.00 to $794,541.00, depending upon your choices.

Does Beignet Belly provide any financing? 

Yes, we do. At our choice, based upon our sole discretion, Beignet Belly may offer to finance one-half of Your Initial Franchise Fee. No other fees or costs are available for financing. There is no pre-payment penalty and no security requirements other than our Standard Personal Guaranty.

What is the initial Franchise Fee?

The total Initial Franchise Fee is $36,000.00. It breaks down into two payments for the two types of training provided under our Initial Fees. The initial Business Establishment Training Course Fee is $20,000.00, and the second Initial fee is for our Site Selection and Real Estate Training Course which is $16,000.00, which total the $36,000.00.

Do you offer Area Development arrangements?

Yes, we do. The initial Franchise Fee for an Area Development franchise is the initial Franchise Fee plus the Development Fee for each additional Franchise Business to be developed. You can see more about this option in Item 5 of our FDD.

What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?

The initial term is for 10 years, with a successive option for an additional ten (10) years.

What is Beignet Belly Royalty Rates?

Beignet Belly only charges 6% of Gross Sales as royalties, far below our competitors.

What location size must I establish?

A minimum size for your business will be from 700 square feet to 1,500 square feet with at least 450 square foot allotted for the kitchen area.

How can I find my location?

Probably the most important thing that you can do when seeking a location for your business is to locate and use the services of a good and qualified Commercial Property Realtor. He/she will help you to find a location, advise you, provide you with valuable information (local traffic counts and demographics) and help you to negotiate your lease. The best part is that they will not cost you a penny! They are paid by lessor. However, we will touch on some of these items in training.

What about training?

We teach you all the industry knowledge you need to know to establish your business. You will receive 59 hours of Business Establishment training, followed by 33 hours of Site Selection training, and 40 hours of Ongoing Operations training. However, you are not on your own after training. We also offer ongoing training and assistance to all our Franchisees.

How do I get started?

The first step is to fill out the Franchise Application Form online or enclosed with your packet.


Upon receipt of the Franchise Application, and supporting documents, we will review and determine whether you are approved to receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) which outlines our agreement, company history and financials.

Upon filling out the Franchise Application, what are the next steps?

The next steps in the planning process include: letting your representative know you are ready to get started; We will request your Business Establishment Agreement be prepared by our legal team, afterwards you will be working on obtaining final financing, Business entity and License setup, Site Selection, lease negotiations (if applicable), Ongoing Franchise Agreement execution, Initial comprehensive Training, Grand Opening planning, Grand Opening Training along with other steps to open your business. Don't worry - we walk you through it all.

What should I do when looking for a location to set up my Beignet Belly franchise?

When looking for a site for your Beignet Belly store, you should look at the following factors:

  • Excellent parking

  • In or near established shopping centers, schools, parks and stadiums

  • Rear receiving door w/ramp (if necessary)


When looking at population densities, we recommend the following averages for your area,( within a 3 mile area):

  • 50,000 residents

  • 20,000 households

  • 25,000 employees (or other daytime residents)

  • 2,000 businesses/offices

  • Area growth of at least 1% for 5 consecutive years

  • 35 mph speed limit preferred

  • $50,000 average income

  • 30,000 average daily traffic count

  • Zoned for mixed beverage license (if applicable)

  • Close to retail generators (supermarket, home improvement, theaters, etc.)
